The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed three requests of the State Election Commissioner to impose administrative sanctions. 

The request no.22, on imposing administrative sanctions by a fine in the amount of 3000 ( three thousand) lek against the Mayor and at the same time the candidate for Mayor of Malesi e Madhe and the Principal of 9 year school ” Fran Murrizi”, Pjetroshan, Malesi e Madhe. 

At the end of the review,  CSC decided to  partially uphold the request of the State Election Commissioner to impose a penalty in the amount of 100 000 (one hundred thousand) lek against the candidate for Mayor of Malesi e Madhe Municipality and to reject the request for imposing sanctions on the Principal of 9 year school, ” Fran Murrizi”, Pjetroshan Malesi e Madhe.

During the session, the request no.33 was also reviewed on imposing administrative sanctions, a fine at the amount of 3000 (three thousand) lek against the Mayor of Maliq Municipality.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to reject the Commissioner’s request to impose administrative sanctions.

In addition, the Commission reviewed request no.34 on imposing administrative sanctions, by a fine of 3000 ( three thousand) lek against the responsible staff for reporting the public events in Kamez Municipality.
