The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the complaint no. 95/1 filed by the Party of Freedom , with object ” Appeal against CEC Decision that rejected the request of “Together we Win ” to announce the invalidity of mandate and early termination of the mandate of Mayor of Kuçovë Municipality, Mr. Kreshnik Hajdari. This Decision is immediately communicated to the Prime Minister to continue with the procedures stipulated in article 115 of the Constitution. Regarding the review of the draft decision ” On the review of the result of verification by General Prosecutor of the self declaration of the subject Kreshnik Riza Hajdari , Mayor of Kucove Municipality, Berat Region, proposed by the electoral subject ” Socialist Party of Albania”
At the end of the review, CSC decided:Â
1. To partially uphold the Complaint no.95/1
2. To revoke the Decision no.816,dated 14.11.2023 of the State Election Commissioner,” On review of the result of verification by the General Prosecutor of the self declaration of the subject Mr. Kreshnik Riza Hajdari, Mayor of Kucove Municipality, proposed by the electoral subject ” Socialist Party of Albania”, and
3. Return the case to be reviewed by the State Election Commissioner, to conclude whether the CEC is reviewing the case under the provisions of article 66 of Administrative Procedures.Â
