The Complaints and Sanctions Commission examined the appeal request no. 13, with the complainant Mr. Astrit Kaziu and object of appeal “Opposition to decision no. 181, dated 08.10.2024 of the State Election Commissioner to fill the vacancy created in the Peqin Municipal Council, from the interrupted mandate of the councilor Ms. Angela Tabaku with Mrs. Donika Ded Karina, who is number 13 (thirteen) in the multi-name list of candidates for council member of the electoral subject Partia Socialiste.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to leave in force decision no. 181 of the State Elections Commissioner.
