Today, the State Commissioner of Elections decided to grant the mandate of the deputy of the Parliament of Albania, the candidate of the multi-name list of the “Democratic Party of Albania”, Korçë District, Mr. Andrea Mano.                                                                                                                                                                           In today’s public session reviewed the result of the verification of the Attorney General for the self-declaring entity Mr. Euland Haki Daja, candidate for member of the Shijak Municipality Council, proposed by the “Democratic Party” electoral entity, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023.                                            The Commissioner decided to ban Mr. Euland Daja, candidate for member of the Shijak Municipality Council, ranked in the list with the ordinal number 10 (ten) and who can potentially benefit from the mandate of the member of the council for this legislature.                                                                                                                                  Also, reviewed the result of the verification of the General Prosecutor for the self-declaring subject Mr. Leonard Vyrtyt Hide, mayor of Libohovë Municipality, proposed by the electoral entity ” Socialist Party of Albania”, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023.The Commissioner found that Mr. Leonard Hide is not in the conditions that might prevent him from exercising the public function of the Mayor of the Municipality.
