At the premises of the Central Election Commission of Albania, we held a meeting with representatives of political parties to discuss the operational and technical testing of the Electronic Registration Platform. This platform aims to enable voting from abroad for Albanian citizens residing outside the territory of the Republic of Albania in the elections scheduled for May 11, 2025.

During the meeting, new tests were conducted on the platform’s main functionalities, including its three key components: the Voter Space, the Request Review Module, and the Real-Time Statistical Panel. Representatives of political parties had the opportunity to observe various registration scenarios and familiarize themselves with the platform’s functionalities in handling different cases.

The Electronic Registration Platform for voters abroad will be accessible through the CEC application and official website, offering user-friendly access from any electronic device citizens may possess. Any action or communication carried out by voters on the platform will be automatically notified to their account, as well as to the phone number or email address used during registration.
