Based on article 19 point 1 letter “n” and point 2, article 61 point 2 and point 3 of the Electoral Code, as amended, the State Election Commissioner, Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi appointed the technical auditors to supervise the drafting of the voter list for parliamentary elections of April 25 2021,

After reviewing the proposals  for audit technicians and the submitted documentation, Mr. Celibashi decided to appoint the following audit technicians:

• Roland Kërçuku (nominated by deputy Commissioner of the CEC)
• Briselda Mehmetllari (nominated by the Commissioner of the CEC)
