Political parties that are eligible to propose members and secretaries of the CEAZ in parliamentary elections should submit their proposals and the respective documentation within January 11, 2021.
The following parties should submit the proposals and the respective documentation:
1.Socialist Party of Albania shall propose:
- two members in each CEAZ;
- the seventh member in the CEAZs listed with an even number;
- the secretary of the CEAZ in those CEAZs with an odd number.
2.Democratic Party will propose:
- two members in each CEAZ;
- the seventh member of the CEAZs listed with an odd number;
- secretary of the CEAZ in the CEAZs listed with an even number.
3.The Socialist Movement for Integration will propose one member in each CEAZ.
4.Social Democrat Party will propose one member in each CEAZ.
On a national level, 30% of CEAZ members proposed by the Socialist Party and 30% of the CEAZ members proposed by Democratic Party should belong to each gender.
