The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi held a hearing session with Mr. Arben Qalliu, Head of Local Office of A.SH.K Lushnjë.

The hearing session was held pursuant to the administrative process for the violation    of the Decision no.9 provisions, dated December 24, 2020, of the Central Elections Commission.

The procedure was initiated after two reports of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party’ in the “prohibited activities” interface, at “Denounce” section,  on the activity of the Socialist Party MP of Fieri Region, Mr. Bujar Çela, who posted in his personal account on  Facebook several photos with different citizens, handing out legalization permits of their houses in Administrative Unit of  Hyzgjokaj.

Mr. Arben Qalliu was present in the session and presented his arguments and the accompanying documentation.

The Commissioner decided to adjourn the session and review the evidence administered in this procedure. The Decision will be made public in the coming days.
