The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the criteria of form and content of the election complaint no.15, “On appeal to Decision no.30 of the CEAZ “On accreditation of observers of electoral subjects”, filed by the complainant Democratic Creed Party, the election complaint no.16, “On appeal to Decision no.33 of the CEAZ “On accreditation of observers of electoral subjects”, filed by the complainant Democratic Creed Party and

Complaint no 17, “On appeal to SEC Decision “On review of the complaint on alleged violations of article 91 of the law no.10019, dated  29.12.2008, “The Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, filed by the Mayor of Librazhd Municipality Mr. Kastriot Gurra.

At the end of preliminary review, CSC decided to reject the election complaint no.17 and pass for review election complaint no.15 and 16.

The review will take place on 23.04.2021.
