The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the following complaints filed with the CEC:

1. Complaint  no. 15, with the object “Annulment of decision no. 225, dated 20.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Election Administration Zone no. 30,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject “filed by complainant Democratic Creed Party.
2. Complaint  no. 16, with the object “Annulment of decision no. 1, dated 21.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Election Administration Zone no. 33,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject “filed by complainant Democratic Creed Party.
3. Complaint  no. 18, with the object “Annulment of decision no. 11, dated 20.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Election Administration Zone no. 52,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject Movement for Change Party “filed by complainant Movement for Change Party.
4. Complaint no. 19, with the object “Annulment of decision no. 2, dated 21.04.2021 of the Commission of the Zone of Election Administration no. 33,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject New Democracy Alliance Party “;
5. Complaint no. 20, with the object ” Annulment of Decision dated 21.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Electoral Administration Zone no. 41” ,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject New Democracy Alliance Party “
6. Complaint no. 21, with the object ” Annulment of Decision no.226, dated 21.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Electoral Administration Zone no. 30” ,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject New Democracy Alliance Party “;
7.  Complaint no. 22, with the object ” Annulment of Decision  dated 22.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Electoral Administration Zone no. 27” ,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject New Democracy Alliance Party “;
8. Complaint no. 23, with the object ” Annulment of Decision no.15, dated 22.04. 2021 of the Commission of the Electoral Administration Zone no. 38” ,” On Accreditation of observers of the electoral subject New Democracy Alliance Party “;

At the end of the review, CSC decided to uphold the requests and order the CEAZs to accept the lists of electoral subjects submitted in the respective CEAZs.
