Based on data from the electronic system of the CEC, until 14.00 hrs, the counting finished for the candidates as well as the ballot evaluation for 37 Counting Centers.

Fourteen counting centers are towards the end of the counting.

Generally, the process was conducted in compliance with the Electoral Code, but problems were reported in some BCCs where BCC members and Commissioners are not following the procedures based on Electoral Code and the by- laws of the CEC.

Let me reconfirm what I have stated, that we will not tolerate any transformation of the vote from one candidate to another.

Furthermore, any kind of attempt would be futile because the CEC possesses all the recordings of the voting process during the tabulation of result. Therefore, I would like to appeal to all the candidates to be calm because all the options are there to count the ballots that belong to them.

The process of tabulation of results is finalized for 5199 Voting Centers. Regarding the turnout, the figures are based on the results of the voting centers and are as follows voters ‘turnout in percentage is 46,32%. Out of this percentage, 47,66% are women and   52,34% are men.

We have received requests from offices of electoral subjects, requesting the recordings of of the Ballot Counting process during the tabulation of results for political parties and coalitions.

The requests are filed by the Police Station no.1 and 2, Democratic Party and Socialist Movement for Integration, requesting also recordings at the Ballot Counting Center and the Voting Centers.

We are in the stage of evaluation of the request.

The candidates  Asllan Dogjani and Ermonela Felaj have also submitted similar requests.
