The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions concluded the review of election complaint no.38, “Appeal to the Decision no.342 , dated 04.05.2021, “On Approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of Shkoder Region election zone”, Invalidity of elections held on April 25, 2021, Ordering the rerun of elections in Shkoder Region”, filed by the complainant DP-Alliance for Change coalition, for the election zone of Shkodër Region.

  At the end of administrative review, CSC with majority of votes, decided to reject the request 

CSC also reviewed election complaint no.37, “Appeal to the Decision no.340 , dated 04.05.2021, “On Approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of Durres Region election zone”, Invalidity of elections held on April 25, 2021, Ordering the rerun of elections in Durres Region”, filed by the complainant DP-Alliance for Change coalition, the election complaint no.46, “Amendment to SEC Decision no.340 , dated 04.05.2021, “On Approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of Durres Region election zone”,  Recount and reevaluation of ballots for the entire EAZs of Durres Region, filed by the complainant Socialist Movement for Integration Party, for the election zone of Durres Region.

With the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the election complaint no.37.

Regarding the election complaint no.46, CSC decided to reevaluate the ballots in 108 ballot boxes in election zone of Durres Region, according to the request of the complainant.
