The State Election Commissioner, during today’s session, approved the Instruction on the criteria, procedures and selection of licensed accounting experts ( legal auditors) and contractual terms to audit audit the funds benefited and spent by the political parties during the calendar year, the electoral subjects and their candidates in the election campaign.

A new element in this instruction is the method of payment of licensed accounting experts, by introducing objective criteria for their selection and evaluation of their services.

In addition, the Commissioner decided to fill the vacancies created in the following municipal councils:

1. Mallakaster Municipal Council with the candidate from multi-member list of Social Democracy Party, Mrs. Gurjeta Tajar Brakaj;
2. Memaliaj Municipal Council with the candidate from multi-member list of Socialist Party of Albania Mrs. Esmeralda Hasan Shaha (Xhaferi);
3. Municipal Council with the candidate from multi-member list of Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Valentina Sulo Hasanbega;
4. Vau Dejës Municipal Council with the candidate from multi-member list of Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Rita Ndue Lazri”.
