The Appeals and Sanctions Commission reviewed the appeal request no. 59 with the object “Objection to the decision no. 423, dated 05.07.2021 of the SEC, “On the administrative review of the report against the candidate for MP Mrs. Gerta Duraku and the Regional Education Office of Kukës for violations provided in decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020 of the Regulatory Commission at the CEC ” with complainant Qëndresa Qytetare.

At the end of the review, ASC decided to repeal the decision no. 423 of the SEC and the reopening of a complete and comprehensive administrative investigation by the State Election Commissioner, in accordance with the Electoral Code and the Code of Administrative Procedures, guaranteeing the rights of the party in the administrative process of the candidate for MP, the Directorate of Regional Education Office Kukës and the principal of the High School “Shëmri” Kukës.
