Twelve election appeals are filed at the Central Election Commission, with object “Objection to the Decision no. 430, dated 22.07.2021 of the State Election Commissioner, “On submission of annual financial statements of political parties for the calendar year 2020 and sanctions in case they fail to be submitted”, filed by the Demo-christian Alliance Party, Legality Movement Party, National Front Party, Hour of Albania Party, Democrat Union Party, Democratic National Front Party, National Conservative Party Albania, National Union of Albanian Pensioners Party, New European Democracy Party, Albanian Emigration Party, Democratic Movement of Albania Party, Macedonians’ Alliance for European Integration, Democratic Movement for Change Party, Democratic Party of Albanian Muslim Union, Green Party, Greek minority for the Future Party, the Party for National Development, Christian Democratic Popular Party of Albania and National Unity Party.

The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions held today the preliminary review session, to verify if the criteria of form and content of the appeals are met.

At the end of preliminary review, CSC decided to pass the 12 election complaints, on 09.09.2021, at 10.00.
