The State Election Commissioner, in today’s public session, held the administrative review of the denouncements of the organization Civic Resistance, against Tirana Municipality, the Socialist Party of Albania, the Administrator of Libraries of Tirana and Local Education Office Kukes.  

At the end of the review, the Commissioner stated that the decision on the reports against the Local Education Office Kukes and Tirana Municipality, Socialist Party of Albania, will be announced on Tuesday, on 21.09.2021, at 10.00 hrs. In the meantime, the Commissioner decided to postpone the review of the other report against Tirana Municipality, by deciding to call the Administrator of Libraries in Tirana in a hearing session.  

The Commissioner also decided to fill the vacancies in the municipal council as follows:

1. Gjirokastër Municipal Council , with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr.  Shkëlqim Dalip Guçe;
2. Shkodër Municipal Council , with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Social-Democratic Party of Albania, Mrs.Diandra Ferit Kraja;
3. Shijak Municipal Council,   with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Adelina Petrit Elezaj;
4. Dropull Municipal Council ,  with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs.  Kostandina Grigor Doko;
5. Lushnje Municipal Council ,  with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs.  Arsid Argjir Prifti;
6. Tropojë Municipal Council ,  with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Sabrie Rexhe Çelaj;
7. Tiranë Municipal Council ,  with the candidate from the multi-member list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs.  Laureta Kastriot Sinanaj.
