The State Election Commissioner, after the administrative review of the report on alleged violations of the Electoral Code and Decision no.09 of the Regulatory Commission, filed by Civic Resistance organisation, decided to drop the administrative investigation against the candidate for MP, Mr. Alfred Muharremi, the Municipality of Tirana and the electoral subject Socialist Party of Albania, as the alleged violations could not be proven. 

In addition, at the end of administrative review of the report for violations of the Electoral Code and Decision no. 9 of the Regulatory Commission, against the candidate for MP,  Mrs. Gerta Duraku  and Local Education Office Kukes, the State Election Commissioner decided to impose a penalty of 5,000 leke to the Principal of “Shëmri” Kukës High School.
