The delegation was chaired by the Ambassador Urszula Gacek, who was accompanied by the Senior Election Advisor Mr. Aleksei Gromov and Mr. Kakha Inaishvili, ODIHR election advisor.

The scope of the meeting was to discuss the findings of OSCE /ODIHR final report on April 25,2021 elections and identification of areas for further cooperation.

On behalf of the CEC, Commissioner Celibashi expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador Gacek for the realistic findings of OSCE/ODIHR on the CEC activity. Celibashi underlined that the recommendations will serve as a benchmark to further improve the CEC work to address the concerns raised in the report.

On her side, Ambassador Gacek assessed that the findings reflected on the report on the CEC activity can help the CEC and other stakeholders to undertake specific steps to improve future election processes.
