The Regulator approved the rules of procedure for the electronic voting and counting process through electronic voting and counting devices (PEVN) in the voting centers of the municipality of Vora, Tirana region that will be implemented in the by-elections of March 6, 2022.

The decision determines the way the pilot project will be implemented and how to evaluate its effectiveness. Each voting center will be equipped with at least one PEVN device.

The preliminary result will be broadcasted after the voting process is closed by each VC and will be published on the official website of the CEC.

The Electronic Voting and Results Management System (SEMVR) will calculate the results and will appear on the monitor and print on paper the tables of results for each VC, as well as the Summary Table of Results for the Municipality of Vora, according to the templates approved by the State Election Commissioner.
