A complaint was filed with the Central Election Commission, complaint no, 8, dated 11.03.2022 by a member of CEAZ 21, Durrës, on the object “Objection to decision no. 11, dated 26.01.2022, of the State Election Commissioner “On determining the amount of remuneration for members of election commissions in March 6, 2022 local by-elections that will be held in some local government units”.

Today, the lof the case was drawn for the election of rapporteur, Based on the result of the lot,  the rapporteur was selected  Ilirjan Rusmali. The preliminary review session will take place on Tuesday, 15.03.2022.
