The State Election Commissioner reviewed the result of the in-depth verification of the General Prosecution for the self-declaring subject Mr. Elton Xhafer Ismaili, candidate for deputy proposed by the Socialist Movement for Integration, Gjirokastra region, pursuant to law 138/2015.

In conclusion, the Commissioner decided to declare the administrative procedure completed without a final decision for the self-declaring subject Mr. Elton Ismaili, candidate for deputy in the elections of April 25, 2021, as it is estimated that the object and purpose of the administrative procedure is a moot case.

Also, the Commissioner administratively reviewed the denunciation for violation provided in articles 91 and 92 of the Electoral Code and decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020, of the Regulatory Commission in the Central Election Commission, against the Municipality of Durrës and the denunciation for violation provided in article 91, of law no. 10019, dated 29.12.2008, “Electoral Code of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, as well as in decision no. 9, dated 24.12.2020, of the Regulatory Commission in the Central Election Commission, against the municipality of Rrogozhina, made by the Democratic Party of Albania. The administrative review will continue in the next session.
