The State Election Commissioner held hearing sessions with the parties involved in the process of reviewing the reports on the use of public resources in local by elections of March 6,2022. 

 During the public session, the Commissioner reviewed the denouncement of the Democratic Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration against Durres Municipality and the denouncement of Democratic Party against Rrogozhine Municipality claiming violations, based on article 91 and 92 of the Electoral Code and Decision no.09 dated 24.12.2021 of the Regulatory Commission.

In addition, the Commissioner reviewed two  denouncements of the Civic Resistance against  Marine Authority Durres and the Principal of 9 year old school “Armath” , the candidate for Mayor in Durres Municipality, Mrs. Emirjana Sako, proposed by the electoral subject Socialist Party of Albania, claiming breaches based on article 91 of the law 10019, dated 29.12.2008,  “The Electoral Code of Albania” as amended, and Decision no 09, dated 24.12.2920 of the Regulatory Commission .

After hearing the parties involved, the Commissioner decided to administer the evidence presented and concluded the administrative review.

The decision will be announced in the upcoming public session.
