The State Commissioner of Elections in today’s public session decided to fill the vacancy in the Dibër municipality council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the Social Democratic Party of Albania, Mrs. Sabrie Isni Laci, and in the Shijak municipality council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mrs. Olisa Enver Lekli.

Also, the Commissioner decided to accept the request of the Representative Committee for the legislative initiative and the approval of the sample sheet for collecting signatures for the draft law proposal “On determining the living minimum”. The procedure for collecting voters’ signatures must be done within three months of the entry into force of the Commissioner’s decision.
