In this event,  organised in cooperation with OSCE Presence in Albania in the context of the project in support of Western Balkans, the findings of the research conducted by OSCE/ODIHR  experts were presented, Mrs .Małgorzata Druciarek, Mrs. Aleksandra Nizynska and Mrs.Fiorela Shalsi.

During the event, the best practices were shared regarding gender integration in election processes and public administration.

The participants, divided in groups, discussed on different topics related to gender quota.
