The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed today the request of the State Election Commissioner on imposing administrative sanctions, after the approval of the report of findings of the auditing on the funds benefited and spent by political parties running in 2021 elections.
CSC heard the claims of Demo-Christian Party of Albania, Republican Party, Hashtag Initiative, the Party for National Development, Democratic Creed Party, the Popular Union of Albanian Pensioners Party , National Front Party, and Legality Movement, against the proposal of the State Election Commissioner to impose administrative penalties.
The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints concluded the review of the request and will communicate the decision in a second announcement.
