The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi received the Ambassador of North Macedonia, Mr. Dancho Markovski.

The preparations for local government elections of May 14, 2023 were the focus of the meeting. 

Commissioner Celibashi informed the Ambassador on the work the CEC for a good organization and administration of the election process. Celibashi highlighted that CEC now has a special voters education program for the communities of national minorities in Albania and it is working to implement it in all the municipalities where national minorities live.
