Today, the State Election Commissioner established  the rules of financial reporting of political parties, and adopted the standard templates of financial reporting for the political parties during the calendar year, the checking, verification of their funding and their expenses and the way of payment of audits. 

The standard templates will be used for the financial reporting of the year 2023

In addition, the procedures and rules of election observation by local and foreign non government organizations, representatives of foreign countries and the media, were approved. 

This decision is a thorough reflection of the role and importance of election observers in every stage of the process where they are accredited. Defining the accreditation procedures, the rights and duties of observers and overall rules of election observation, will lead to professional fulfillment of their duties.
