The State Election Commissioner decided to grant the mandate of the member of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate of the multi-party list of the coalition “Democratic Party – Alliance for Change”, Vlora region, Mr. Gezim Nuri Ademaj.

Today was concluded  the administrative investigation on the reports of public institutions/agencies for public activities during  period 24 January – 2 February 2023. The Commissioner decided to propose to the Complaints and Sanctions Commission the imposing of administrative sanction on the person responsible for reporting activities, respectively, for the municipalities of Berat, Durres, Fier and Roskovec.

The members of the 16 CEAZs, proposed by the “Social Democratic Party of Albania” were appointed. Earlier, the State Election Commissioner appointed members proposed by the Social Democrat Party to 57 CEAZ, while 16 other CEAZs were appointed today, after completing  the documentation upon the social democrat party’s initial request.
