The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the requests of the State Election Commissioner for imposing administrative sanctions on the persons responsible for reporting public activities in the municipalities of Roskovec, Durrës, Berat and Fier.

At the end of the review, CSC decided:

1. Refusal of request no. 5, for imposing an administrative sanction on Ms. Dhurata Gjoka, Director of the Human Resources Directorate in Durrës Municipality, as the activities referred to in the request are not public activities and as such there is no obligation to report.
2. Acceptance of request no. 8 and imposing an administrative sanction, a fine of 10,000 lek for Ms. Dhurata Gjoka, Director of the Human Resources Directorate in Durrës Municipality.
3. Acceptance of requests no. 6 and no. 9, as well as imposing an administrative sanction, a fine of 20,000 ALL for Ms. Arisa Toska, General Secretary in Berat Municipality.
4. Acceptance of request no. 7 and imposing an administrative sanction, a fine of 10,000 ALL for Mr. Martin Dodi, General Secretary in Fier Municipality.
5. Acceptance of request no. 10 and imposing an administrative sanction, a fine of 5000 ALL for Ms. Delina Hoxha, General Secretary in Roskovec Municipality.
