The Regulatory Commission reviewed and approved the term and criteria that the qualified personnel will meet for the operation of electronic voters identification device in the voting center and recruitment procedures. 

The Decision has set the terms and criteria that every Albanian citizen should meet to be appointed as technical operator for the use of voters electronic identification device (PEI) , the procedures of selection and hiring of technical operator and responsibilities of the technical operator when providing the service

The hiring of technical operators will be based on the principle of open competition. The applicants can apply in the electronic page of the CEC, in a special section created for this purpose. 

The citizens who are interested to apply, declare their data related to the criteria needed, by filling the respective fields and sending  the completed format electronically to the CEC.

The selected citizens undergo training and testing of knowledge related to the service as technical operator. The process will be led, supervised and monitored by the deputy State Election Commissioner. No later than 7 days ahead of elections Commissioner and deputy Commissioner will appoint the technical operators.
