The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the criteria of form and content of request no.11 of the State Election Commissioner, to impose administrative sanctions against Mayors and the staff responsible for reporting of public activities, for  administrative violations of  the Electoral Code and Decision no.9/2020 of the Regulatory Commission.

At the end of preliminary, the Commission decided to pass for review the request in a public session, to be held on Wednesday, March 29.03.2023, at 12.30.
