During today’s meeting, the Regulatory Commission defined the terms and criteria to be met the staff qualified for the operation of electronic voting and counting device in the voting center and recruitment procedures.

The decision established the criteria of recruitment and training of the staff that will be assigned by the Central Election Commission as technical operator for the operation of PEVN in the  voting centers.  

In addition, the operational duties and responsibilities of the technical operator were defined.  

The Decision provides that the technical operators will vote in the voting center where they assigned to provide their service.
