The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the elements of the form and content of complaints no. 61, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68.

 At the end of the preliminary review, CSC decided to drop the review of complaint no. 61, filed by Legality Movement Party with object “Declaration of invalidity of elections in VC No. 1885, No. 1573 in the municipality of Tirana“, and rejected the following complaints:

1. No. 64, filed by Legality Movement Party with the object “Declaration of invalidity of elections in VC no. 1597/02, no. 1575, Kamez Municipality“;
2. No. 66, filed by Legality Movement Party with the object “Declaration of invalidity of elections in VCs no. 1885/02, 2020/01, 2027, 1766/02, 1986/01, 1537/07, 1539/01, Tirana Municipality”;

In addition, it returned as incomplete the following complaints:

1. No. 63, filed by Demo-Christian Alliance Party of Albania with the object “Appeal to decision no. 260, dated 16.05.2023 of CEAZ no. 7, Puke Municipality. Recounting and re-evaluation of valid and invalid votes of electoral subjects for municipal council, for all VCs of CEAZ no. 7, Pukë Municipality, Shkodër District”.
2. No. 68, filed by the Demo-Christian Alliance Party of Albania with the object “Opposition to CEAZ Decision “On approval of the Aggregate table of results of Përmet municipality council”. Recounting and revaluation of votes for all VCs of CEAZ, Përmet Municipality”.

 CSC decided to pass for review the complaint no.65, filed by “Legality Movement Party”, with object “ Announcement of invalidity of elections in VC no. 1100, no. 1575 in Dibër Municipality. Appeal to decision no. 325, dated 17.05.2023 of the CEAZ no. 19, Dibër Municipality“. The review of the request will take place in a public session on Tuesday,  on 23.05.2023, at 12:30.
