The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints concluded the review of the following complaints: 

1. Complaint no. 67, filed by electoral subject ” Together we Win” Coalition, with object “Appeal to Decision no. 101, dated 16.05.2023 of CEAZ no. 64, Kucove Municipality, Berat Region “On approval of the aggregate table of results for the election of the Mayor of Kucove”.
2. Complaint No. 74, dated 22.05.2023, filed by Mr. Lefter Maliqi, with the object “We request, the change of decision No. 101, dated 16.06.2023 of EAZ No. 64 Kuçove Municipality, Berat Region, On Approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for the Election of Kuçove Mayor”; We request recount and re-evaluation of ballots for EAZ No. 64, all VCs and inclusion of the result from the recount and reevaluation of votes for the VCs listed in the table; We request the revocation of Decision No. 101 dated 16.05.2023, “On Approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for the Election of the Mayor of Kuçove”; We request the declaration of invalidity of the CEC decision on appointment of the secretary of EAZ, No. 64 Kuçove, Romeo Arizi; We request the invalidity of the decision of CEAZ, No. 64 Kuçove, Berat Municipality, on postponement of ballot counting,  from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; We request the partial invalidation of the ballot for the candidate for Mayor of the Kuçovo Municipality, for the section where the candidate for the Kuçovo Municipality, Berat District, Kreshnik Hajdari, is listed; The invalidity of the juridical action, decriminalization form in the name of Kreshnik Hajdari,  submitted to the CEC pursuant to the law, no. 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of persons who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions”

With a majority of votes, CSC decided to reject complaint no.67 and 74 and leave in force the Decision no.101, dated 16.05.2023, Kucove Municipality “On approval of the Final Table of Results for the election of Kucove Mayor”.
