The vote counting process for the rerun elections for the Mayor of Rrogozhina Municipality, dated #July23, 2023, has been completed.

Preliminary results for the 54 local voting centers of Rrogozhina Municipality are as follows:
1. Mr. Edison Memolla, proposed by the Socialist Party of Albania – 6658 votes.
2. Mr. Shkëlqim Hoxha, proposed by the coalition “Together We Win” – 4906 votes.

The process of vote counting proceeded calmly, monitored by the technical staff of the Central Election Commission, and supervised through real-time transmission at the Data Center in CEC.
ZEAC no. 43 has begun preparations for delivering the ballot boxes and election materials to the CEC.
