The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed request no. 35, dated 02.11.2023, with subject, “Request for imposing administrative sanction in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) ALL to Ms. Zerina Bruci, person responsible for the Ministry of Culture, pursuant to decision no. 812, dated 20.10.2023, of the State Election Commissioner, “.

At the end of the review, CSC rejected the request of the Commissioner and partially accepted the requests of the interested party ” Drejtësia Sociale” Organization.

With a majority of the votes, CSC imposed administrative sanction:

• Fine in the amount of 155,000 (one hundred and fifty-five thousand) ALL to Mr. Erion Veliaj
• Fine in the amount of 2,500 (two thousand and five hundred) Lek to Ms. Elva Margariti;
• Fine in the amount of 2,500 (two thousand and five hundred) Lek to Ms. Abigeila Vushtina.
