The Central Election Commission has received the appeal request no. 5, dated 08.05.2024, by the Socialist Party of Albania with the subject “Opposition to the decision No. 38, dated 09.04.2024, of the SEC, “On the approval of the report on the results of the audit of the financial reports of political parties on income and expenses for the calendar year 2022”.
Today the Appeals and Sanctions Commission examined the elements of the form and content of the appeal. At the end of the preliminary examination, it was decided to hold a public hearing on 04.06.2024 at 11:00.
