The Complaints and Sanctions Commission examined the elements of form and content of the complaint request no. 6, submitted by the Albanian Future Party, and the complaint request no. 7, submitted by the Democratic Persuasion Party, with the subject “Objection to the decision no. 38, dated 9 April 2024, “On the approval of the report on the results of the audit of the financial reports of political parties for income and expenses for the calendar year 2022″, of the State Election Commissioner”.

At the end of the preliminary examination, CSC decided to proceed to a public hearing and examination together with the complaint request no. 5, filed by the Socialist Party of Albania, as they have the same object of complaint.

Today, the CSC started the examination of three complaints in a public session and the parties’ claims were heard. The hearing will continue on 11.06.2024 at 11:00.
